In 2007 I sustained a work related injury and retained Attny Bareck to represent me with my employer. This was the first time that I needed an attorney for any legal matters. I didn’t know what to expect, however, after meeting Attny Bareck for the first time I knew he was the right person to handle my case. Attny Bareck explained the legal process and what to expect during this case. His experience, knowledge of the law and compassion for me as a client where proven to be true and sincere. Attny Bareck never neglected me or my case. He was always available to speak with me personally. I never had to wonder what was going on with my case, because he always kept me up to date with the status of my case. There was several times where my employer tried to make things difficult for me such as stopping my weekly compensation or paying for medically necessary treatments. With no hesitation Attny Bareck was able to address these issues promptly with a resolution in my favor. I had Philip Bareck a few years ago when I fell at work and broke two ribs and my employer denied me workers comp. They also took my sick time away and made use other time to cover the days of work I missed. Not only did Philip win my case, he got them to give the days they took from me back to me.
