Phillip is one of the best family law practitioners I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. Yes, pleasure. I’m out of state, and was owed 4 years of child support on my ex’s bonuses and commissions per the support order. Halfway through our motion, my ex declared bankruptcy!! Phillip took it in his stride and ensured I was accurately represented in bankruptcy court and in family court. I was able to receive priority status and funds disbursed by the bankruptcy court after 7 months of wrangling. Give Phillip a try, you won’t be disappointed.

Phillip Rutherford is Amazing! Even with this COVID-19 Pandemic going on he was always there answering my calls, replying to my emails and returning my calls. Going into this Divorce process from not knowing exactly what to do, fill out he explained it to me very thoroughly.
