Attorney Rutherford did a fantastic job when it came to delivering results for my case. I contacted Phillip Rutherford, among other attorneys, searching for someone that can help me obtain guardianship over my mentally impaired parent. He was among the first attorneys to give me a callback and the only one I felt confident about. She was a ward of the state at the time due to prior circumstances. He did not guarantee me a positive outcome and was transparent throughout the entire process. I can say with confidence that he gave me his best, even during the COVID-19 Pandemic. I am thrilled to say that I was just awarded full guardianship with his help to watch over my parent adequately. Attorney Rutherford showed grit and determination with my case.
