Stephanie was great ! She understood what I wanted to do with my will.

Stephanie was referred and recommended by a good friend. I referred Stephanie to my parents in connection with review of their estate documents. They were engaged, and worked with Stephanie to revise various documents as necessary. Following my father's passing, she and her team (collectively, "Stephanie" or "she") administered the estate, and contacted necessary parties. As an attorney, and one who engages counsel in my professional role, I'm very discerning. My experience with Stephanie is that she is extremely professional, diligent and good at what she does. Stephanie is dedicated to and cares about her clients. Talking to people about matters associated with their mortality, and following through with family, is no doubt extremely challenging. But she approaches and handles deftly, with the best mix possible of professional and personal qualities. She is able to connect with people who have little knowledge about process, and who may be intimidated by it all, to offer excellent guidance and representation. She helps clients take a higher level, strategic view of their goals (that may evolve), and to put legal directives in place that optimize those objectives, while connecting and walking clients through the process at the most human, compassionate level. I offer my highest praise and recommendation.

Complete lack of communication, I had to leave her several voice messsages and contact her superior to get an email reply. She replied days before the court date and met with her client (a family member) one day prior to the scheduled court date. I hope you learned to be kinder to individuals with disabilities. They too have someone to protect them from unfair individuals like yourself.

Dealing with this practice was like being in the movie "The Game" starring Michael Douglas. No response for a week, after client's voice mails and email reach outs, twisting the client's objectives and listening with only one ear.

Stephanie and her team did an incredible job explaining the trust process as well as worked seamlessly with my finical advisor. I would and have recommended her to several very close friends.

We hired Marshall Law LLC to help us with some estate planning documents. Him and his staff were courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I hired Steve to help me post decree. He didn't accomplish much. I had to fire him and hire another lawyer and still pay his fees. He relied mostly on the office staff who he told me in the beginning not to take advice from. He said "She is nice enough but don't take law advice from her." But she was the only one to answer me on anything. I never received any paperwork, no explanation to what happened on phone calls or in court. I was told things were done when they were not. I had a simple case. I needed child support modified and a petition for rule against me argued. Neither one of those things were done after months. He also told me when I hired him not to worry about paying his fees he knew my situation and would accept payments as I could make them, and then filed a petition for attorney's fees against me. Steve wasn't that knowledgeable in with the process and caused me more work then needed. I was able to find a lawyer after I fired him who got what I needed done quickly and efficiently. I can't speak for his work in the real estate field. But I wouldn't recommend him for family matters.
