Ankin Law Office is one law firm that I would recommend anyone to use for cases of an injuries. They are very thorough when working on your case and very professional. Their legal assistant Alex Quigley is a very polite and a pleasant person to work with. She is very thorough, very professional and very patient.. If there were any problems that came about with your case, she would be right on it and she would get the matter resolved. She cares about her/their clients and she does her all to make you feel comfortable with working with the law firm. Alex, continue to do what you do.

My experience with Ankin law was absolutely amazing. Alex was wonderful with keeping me informed with each and every step of the way of my case from getting my worker’s compensation checks to my settlement payment.And Scott was the best fighting for me in court to get near double what that sleazy EMC insurance co was trying to give me for suffering and hernia on the job and had to have surgery🤬. I suggest anyone that has suffered a workplace injury or hasn’t gotten paid there workers compensation to contact Ankin Law

Good luck. I have been waiting for a response from the attorney on my case for months. I’m not sure why he, nor his assistant, are able to get in contact with me. They give me the run around. At this point I feel like I should have gone with another attorney. My physical therapist even suggested this when he first heard which law firm I was working with. That can’t be good. I even tried to reach out to other people inside the firm. I’ve gotten voicemails without a prompt response. If you can find a smaller firm that takes their time to care and empathize with their clients that would be my suggestion. It’s already difficult enough trying to navigate life after an injury. Even more so when the attorney you expect to represent your best interest won’t even return phone calls or emails. In addition to that, does not keep me abreast of the goings on of my case.

I had the most unprofessional and callously rude experience from an attorney, Raquel Gross, I spoke to by phone in a consultation. She listened to my story at first but immediately came to the conclusion that my story doesn't fit their criteria. I had a few questions as to why she feels that way, and maybe I didn't offer some information that she needed to hear, but she flat out refused to even speak to me any longer. I was perfectly nice and polite, as I always am, when she suddenly became aggressive and rude. I was only trying to ask if she could could give me an example of what I would need to make this a prospective case, and she proceeded to aggressively state to me, "Oh let me just go ahead and tell you that we are not going to dive into hypothetical, and what ifs, we don't work like that here. We are not going to take your case." She then hung up the phone call while I was in mid sentence. I wasn't even given the dignity of sympathy for the experience I had been going through. She treated me like I wasn't worth her time, her expertise, or compassion. Sure, she is not my friend, but she is supposed to be a professional who works with the law to find monetary settlements for those who are suffering, injured, and in need. She treated me unlike I've ever been treated by a purported professional over the phone. I expect that from kids working in grocery stores, not full grown adults that have passed the bar. I did not expect her to take my case. I did, however, expect her to talk to me like a person with a reasonable amount of respect and dignity. She failed on that, and verbally abused a person who is suffering in pain possibly due to the topic of discussion, medical malpractice. No one should ever be treated like that by anyone at this or any law firm. This should be reported as predatory behavior and discrimination towards vulnerable persons. Just to expand on the review: The person who answered the phone after speaking to the front desk introduced herself as Raquel Gross. Maybe as a professional firm, the people who reach out to you should be made fully aware of whom they are speaking. I tried to ask for her name, but she hung up on me twice. I only called back to thank her for her time because it is what decent people with tact do. I am sure you guys run a fabulous law firm and make tons of money for people, especially for yourselves, but that doesn't give anyone the right to treat people the way I was treated. The person said their name was Raquel, so I don't know what you want me to believe here. She was disgustingly rude and was so abrasively offensive that I felt the need to make sure people were aware. Regardless of who answered the phone according to you, I still need to make sure that your firm knows how this person who represents your firm treated a fellow human being who is suffering and in pain. That is not ok.

Scott Goldstein was a absolutely pleasurable attorney to work with! If you have a injury from your job definitely go to him. He was there for any questions I needed answered, eased my anxiety and helped me settle my case in a timely manner! I do appreciate everything you did for me!!

Solely on the punctual efforts of the Great Alex Quigley, being transparent and always available with a speedy response has definitely made this experience memorable… THANKS ONCE AGAIN ALEX !!!!
