On October 23rd of 2020, I was injured while working, I slipped and fell to the ground knee first resulting in a fully torn ACL and torn Meniscus. My Employer was notified about the incident, but it seemed as if no one cared and I was getting the run around on what I should do next. After many attempts of trying to get some answers with no luck, I had enough and knew that I needed someone on my side to help me with this battle because that's exactly what it turned into and that's when I contacted Ankin Law Office. My Attorney was Scott Goldstein, Mr Goldstein reviewed my case and assured me that everything was gonna be ok and I was gonna receive the medical attention that I should've received, I was sent to get an MRI and that revealed that I needed surgery. Mr. Goldstein fought with workman's compensation to get the surgery approved and even though it wasn't easy, he got the surgery approved. Throughout the course of my case, Mr Goldstein and the staff at Ankin Law Office were very attentive and answered any questions I had. Mr Goldstein was very truthful and very straightforward about the case. My case was eventually settled and I was very pleased with the outcome. Mr Goldstein fought to get the best outcome and was successful, he did not back down and stood his ground.
