This law firm is what every law firm should be like. They are not pushy and communicate very well with you and you can always get ahold of someone should something come up with your case or if you have any questions. I already had a lawyer and had the pleasure of meeting one of Howard's associates, and he convinced me to change lawyers to his firm. This was the best decision I have ever made as the had the case settled 1& 1/2 months later, and he won me 4 times the amount my old lawyer was stuck fighting for. I would highly recommend Howard and his staff as they are a pleasure to deal with and Howard personally greeted me and let me know my injury case was in the right hands!

Atkins lLaw really took their time to work on my case and to make sure that I was very happy and pleased with the outcome. I had a workman's comp case with them and they made sure that since the hospital was not claiming negligence on their behalf that they were not responsible for my injuries. They made that hospital bills was coved my insurance. The settlement that I got I feel was reasonable and they did work hard for the money that they receive for help me with my case. They all kept me i form. I will use Atkins law again in the future if need to or hope that if they can't help me they will refer me to a good legal team.

Very good overall experience. Every time i called for an update the people i talked to was very mindful with handling my case. My attorney was derek lax and hopefully i dont hurt myself again but i would definitely give mr.lax a call.

First let me say that Mr. Ankinis is on all these commercials with a ton of famous people awesome that he's even with Judge Faith which speaks volumes because she's a judge, Steve Wilkos, Jerry Springer, even Svengoolie.....(yes I'm nosey I watch everything).....to me that says a lot because majority rules....when they first started my workman's comp case they sent Rocko out to take my statement immediately after that Josh got started on my case which was my lawyer and his assistant Biatta was also awesome they got my workers comp check started very quickly, kept me updated, & got me a good settlement check.....after that I got into a car accident it wasn't my fault of course and I also hired them for that case also, Alexandra & and her assistant is working my case now and I'm kept updated by them about my case.....you know it feels good to sit back and not worry or be stressed out with these insurance companies that try to pay you the minimum or Nothing at All so trust me when I say ankin law is the. &5/) :-)&/+ :-)#//?: you know what :-) :-) :-) :-) :-)
