My name is Justin Richardson and I had bad accident at work.. When this first happened I was hopeless and time I spent off work threw my credit in trash .. My sister referenced me to Akin at first thought It would been something really dragged out being off work for almost 8 months Felt like never be able get myself stable again I got blessed with being represented not only by Akin law but attorney by name Phil Risley..... This lawyer very special to me because Even before case started always asked right questions always was respectful and reliable... He is sharp and very professional even dealing with someone who out work so long after my injury this lawyer made me feel like not only my voice mattered but I mattered after how I got treated at my job.. Like give this recommendation to world honestly to know that... There are honest lawyers these days this lawyer fought never gave up on me... Finally got my things settled must say one word For Akin Law Clarity, It feels good knowing I had lawyer with me that was not just lawyer but someone stood with as person.. The whole duration to doctors beginning to end felt good know had strong person my corner to fight the way he did for me... I would NEVER recommend this law firm to anyone. I was injured at work, took 4 months to recover. I haven’t seen a dime. It has now been 14 months since my injury and my lawyer, Scott Goldstein, has NO ANSWERS for me. In fact, when I finally do get a hold of him he speaks to me in a condensing tone and tells me to keep waiting. Do not use this law firm. UPDATE*** After writing this review attorney Scott Goldstein called me to say, and I quote, “you need to take down your review”. In attempt to bully me! UPDATE*** I called to complain to HR of the company. I told them what Scott said to me on our phone call. I said to check the recording, since all of there calls are “recorded for quality assurance” Jodi told me that this function was turned off. I requested a new lawyer. Now, Ankin law is dropping my case after wasting 14months of my time.

Ankin Law did a great job with my case more specifically my lawyer Maria Merman who was amazing throughout the entire process. She worked extremely hard to get a great settlement offer and I appreciate it very much!
