Sent a check supposedly and it went missing and all I got was the runaround on where it is, it should of been canceled immediately as it went a week with no update, I had to personally call the usps to open a case and the they refused to cancel the check and reissue or an achievement, never will.i ever use this firm ever again

I had an engine issue with a new 2011 Ford F150 Ecoboost. The engine was missing and my dealer worked diligently to try and resolve the issue but to no avail. The dealer actually recommended that I take lemon law action. In searching the internet and asking my dealer for recommendations, I found Greg Moss and his firm in Chicago.
