Original review: 07/06/23 Administrative staff don't talk to each other so I get redundant phone calls asking for information I've already provided, several times over. I already lack confidence in their ability to handle my case and I just secured them 3 days ago. I was in a car accident where I was the driver and my mother was my passenger. Me and mother both secured this firm for our own separate cases related to the accident. I think it's preposterous that my case manager asked me to provide her with my mother's SSN. That's illegal! And working at a law office you should know that! I instructed her to call my mother to get that information directly from my mother. Update: 07/07/23 My assigned attorney called this morning (only because he saw this poor review I left here). He apologized for the confusion among his staff, but that has little bearing on how I continue to feel about this firm. I explained to the attorney that the owner of the vehicle was not the person who was driving and they need to find out who the owner is. My attorney said that "If the owner doesn't have any assets we can't sue them." DUH! But you don't know what they have because you haven't tried to locate them. I have their full name from the highway patrol report my insurance company has. All they had to do is get the address of where the vehicle is registered and serve them! The attorney started talking about they might need to hire a private investigator. Absolutely not! So I can be billed for that or it can be deducted from any settlement or trial judgement? I just explained how they can locate the person. I'm almost to the point of just firing them and disputing any frivolous hours they may try to bill for since they haven't done any work. These people are not smart, and I am not ignorant so they can't just give me lip service and sell me a pipe dream. I'll likely be better off representing myself because they're lazy sleazebags. All the attorney was focused on was my insurance company and what money he could get out of them. “We can sue your insurance.” And kept telling me to go to the doctor they referred me to. Sounds like a scam and tells me he doesn’t plan to look into the owner of the other vehicle or the faulty traffic light at the 12 lane intersection where the accident occurred. My case is simple: 1. Sue the owner of the other vehicle 2. Sue the Village of Matteson Public Works or The Cook County Department of Transportation and Highways (whoever maintains that traffic light) 3. Sue the insurance company LAST! It would behoove this firm to either a) drop my case b) have a more seasoned attorney at the firm take my case. You have 1 week to fix this mess before I write a formal statement releasing you from representing me.

Excellent service for a worker's comp claim. He took care of it all. Photos of the injury was all I had to send in. The establishment stuck me w/the hospital bill. All while knowing this happened at work. My superior demanded I go to the ER. If I wasn't stuck with that bill, I would have never called this man. HE WENT ABOVE and BEYOND what I was expecting.
