I cannot say enough great things about Neal and his team. We called several law firms before finding Gainsberg Law. A few other law firms were not confident in our personal injury case and did not even consider taking it. We then came across Gainsberg. Neal was confident and took our case head on with full force. Neal was very attentive with questions and/or concerns throughout the process, we had never hired a lawyer before and were unsure of the entire process. He was patient and knowledgeable with every concern or question we had and took the time to explain everything in terms that we would understand. He was readily available through phone calls and emails the second we made one and made the whole process stress free. He settled our case and got us the exact settlement we were looking for, way before even having to go to a Jury trial. I cannot thank Mr. Gainsberg enough for taking our case and the hard work he put into it. We will be recommending his law firm to family and friends if they ever need one.

Attorney Neil Gainsberg and his Paralegal Assistant Dominick are great!!! They helped my Dad and I when we were in a head on Collison car accident. They were there to represent us and they both helped us with getting the hospital, doctor's appointments, and the physical therapy appointments, the MRI's and X-rays all covered. They are both great and my family and I were super thankful and grateful to them. I definitely recommend them to any family who is in need of assistance after a big scary car accident like the one my Dad and I had. I am very grateful to have had the assistance from them that they provided to us. Without their assistance, I really don't know what my family would have done. Areas of Strength: Three family members and I hired Attorney Gainsberg’s services to handle our personal injury cases after a car accident that occurred in July 2022. All cases were finalized by December 2023. We are thankful for the service we received. We received settlements, help with getting physical therapy at a great location, and other medical care. Attorney Gainsberg was always willing to respond to our questions. He always responded to my emails in a timely manner: this is very important and something I appreciated about his work. I did experience a concern, but Attorney Gainsberg was responsive and provided a solution to the problem (Read Below). Areas of Growth: For our particular cases, Attorney Gainsberg focused on negotiating with the insurance company rather than reaching settlements through litigation. We noticed hesitation in handling the cases through litigation. Negotiation worked for us. For others, this may not be an aggressive enough approach. Thus, it is something to keep in mind if this is what you are seeking in your particular case. Another area of growth is the service received by his assistant/paralegal Dominic. Dominic asked if I wanted to proceed to sign Release of All Claims with Indemnity and Closing Statement prior to a bill being negotiated/covered. He anecdotally mentioned he proceeded to settle on a case handled by Attorney Gainberg where one of his bills was not paid and he had no problems after. While he may have intended to be helpful in providing his experience, this was not a professional approach. (This particular concern was handled directly by Attorney Gainsberg. I asked him to provide me with a list of all deductions to ensure all bills would be covered from the settlements.The settlements covered all bills. We do not expect to receive any bills in the future).

Neal is a great lawyer I’m so happy I got his law firm to help me out in my case, him and Dominick are amazing at what they do, anytime I reached out they answered all my questions, definitely know what they are doing and settled my case quick and I was extremely happy with the outcome I highly recommend them they are the best in that field

I highly advise you hire Neal Gainsburg, attorney and his helpful assistant Dominick. They worked hard to make sure I recovered the money from the auto insurance company which denied me benefits when I was actually covered. Neal handled all the paperwork and negotiations and I just had to worry about getting better from the accident. I never thought I would get to the point of hiring someone to represent me when insurance is supposed to back you and you pay for it! Times are changing though and I will be careful what big companies I trust with my money in the future. Neal is a private practitioner and he fought hard to win for me. We didnt even need to go to court. I am thankful for all his help in my time of injury. Therese
