Terrible phone experience with Niel, very rude. Do not recommend unless you want to be told they cannot help you or unfortunately you probably can't afford them! Now they want to reply and say they were helpful when you are lying! Typical! I was not emotional, I explained my situation and you were not helpful but very rude! Then when you tried to contact me a day later they did not even apologize! They laughed and thought it was funny that I couldn't afford them! Not once were they helpful. Would not recommend!
