Andy helped us with a security deposit case against our Landlord. The Landlord had taken almost half of our security deposit citing false charges and damages to the property. We felt like the Landlord was taking advantage of his position to steal from us and that we had little recourse. Fortunately, Andy was able to settle the matter without it ever going to court. Through out the process he explained the law, the issues which might arise(although none did), explained the costs, followed up on items, explained the time line, responded to our questions quickly and was professional the entire time. He even set time aside to speak with myself and my roommates individually if there were scheduling conflicts. We ended up getting our security deposit returned in full, with additional recompense.
