Jonas Hwang is newly representing my ex-husband in our post decree divorce case. I am ProSe. Eventhough I informed him about my ex husband's health condition, which prevents him to make sane financial and personal decisions, Mr.Hwang has not taken it (yet) in consideration and has not stopped taking an unethical advantage of my ex husband's illness, to make profit on our sad family situation. My ex, our 2 children and I have been subjected to this treatment for the past 7 years from different attorneys. Mr.Hwang himself is a well educated kind hearted young man, experiencing a stressful life event, which affects his emotions and work performance. Mr.Hwang has a good seed and a great potential. He may benefit from taking time off to handle his family situation and to steady his performance..all good intentions (words) must be followed by proper actions. Developing solid selfawareness, honesty, and integrity in ACTIONS would enrich his professional status as well as using his nice communication skills and conscience to do more mediation than ligitation. (Under pressure things tend to get worse). I hope he will choose to work on a fair, just and timely resolution of the case instead of supporting, enabling and abusing my ex husband's behavior disorder (immoral actions).

To say that I feel better about my situation would be an understatement. I have been dealing with my situation for about a decade now. I came across Hoffenberg and Block through a Google search and I feel very blessed to have done so. Jon and Gloria have been nothing short of amazing at handling everything that I have thrown their way. Divorce and family dealings are always a very emotional and stressful time in anyone's life. Jon is an amazing up and coming attorney that anyone would be blessed to have! He has given me the hope and inspiration that even in these tough times, there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Gloria and Tiffany are very knowlegeable with things pertaining to the law and making sure things were done in a fair and honest way. They do not give up and always fight for your cause. If you are going through a divorce, you are going to win some battles and lose some battles. I have looked over Gloria's Google reviews and see that the clients who felt they lost and the court did not give them exactly what they determined to be just, took it out on Gloria in these reviews. No lawyer can guarantee you how a judge will rule. Gloria has been my lawyer for the last 5 years. We won some and we lost some. She has been very clear and fair with the entire process. I have recommended her to others as well. If you don't like the way the system handled your case, blame the system…but you can't blame your lawyer!
