I've been a client for my asylum case from Afghanistan. We were a group of 66 people entering the U.S. and apply for asylum with different attorneys. I've had the pleasure of working with Lindsay and her team, from consultation to approval at all steps of the way. I was new in the U.S. and noting know about the UCSIC office and asylum interview, Lindsay was the one who prepared me for my asylum interview and joints the interview in the immigration office, and her presence increased my confidence to explain my situation to the officer, and finally, USCIS granted asylum for me within two months, which was a big surprise for all of our group because most of them were waiting for their asylum interview. In conclusion, Lindsay is an excellent attorney who goes above and beyond for her clients. He responds in an extremely timely matter. She is very knowledgeable, professional, and trustworthy. There is no other attorney that will work as hard for you. Highly recommend Lindsay for any immigration cases, especially asylum. Thank you for all the help! :)

My experience with being represented by Dalia Fuleihan would make me recommend Scott D. Pollock and his team for anyone that may need immigration matters sorted out. Dalia’s persistence to seek out her client’s best interest are matched by her diligence and proficiency in her work. After an order of removal from the immigration court she put in an appeal for me and was able to get my case re-opened and scheduled for a new hearing. Dalia has stuck with my loved ones and I through this whole process, always remained in contact and clearly kept me informed along the way with everything going on with my matters and shining light through the dim areas of my immigration case when I or my family may have had concerns. She’s an amazing attorney, thank you sincerely.

I am Speechless! I do not have words to describe my appreciation for Ms. Kathryn Weber and her assistant, Sir Jose Haro. They handled my case with maximum diligence and hard-work.
Did they meet my expectations?
No!
They far exceeded them. 😁

I’m from Chicago Attorney Brenton just recently settled my case which was very rapidly took less than 6 months I don’t recommend this Attorney he never was informative and always seems so busy even when speaking to you however I do recommend Rick Zimora who I wish represented my case he was always professional, patient and very informative I’m not happy with my settlement but was told by Attorney Brenton the amount was all the judge would honor .For now I’m out of work with no return due to settlement agreement I feel like this Attorney Brenton could fault that but I also feel like he just wanted to win this small amount and be done I don’t recommend this Attorney..

Anne Relias was amazing in her thoroughness and preparation for her services. She helped me and my family through a very tough time and stuck with us until everything was resolved. There is not enough words to say that will portray how thankful my family and I are for Anne.

My experience with this firm has been the worst and I will not recommend this firm at all for any inmigration processes.
I see a lot of good reviews here so, I cannot really believe i am the only one that have use this firm and had a bad experience.
I had an E2 visa and I contacted this firm to check our options: renewing, applying for a more permanent status... When you work with any firm, they send you documents to study your case and so then , they can counsel a client. Based on all this information, they decided to move toward Green Card.
After this, the nightmare with this firm started: working with different attorneys (as employees were leaving the firm and I had to start over and over explaining the whole situation, until Scott Pollock handled the case, and he kept on with the Greencard approach), paying more than 10,000USD (which i guess it is normal, if someone does the job), delays on filing (for different reasons, always last-minute issues they did not consider, etc...), not able to go to my home country during this process (considering that after COVID when legal inmigrants had a lot of issues on returning to the US as borders were closed and not being able to see your loved ones for years, this still is difficult to digest)
The result is application denied because requirements for this application were not met. So, how is it possible that a client not meeting requirements for an specific application gets in this situation? How is it possible that a firm (3 attorneys took over my case, including Scott Pollock) recommend to go ahead with this case?
They even did not mentioned any risks or difficulties that we may face, so, we could have thought about it. We just went all in with their counselling, pay more than 10,000 USD and we are still trying to figure out what our possibilities are (obviously with a different and more competent law firm).
So, my experience with Scott D. Pollock & Associates, P.C. is negative, very negative. Avoid this firm
