Attorney Christina Murdoch provided outstanding immigration support to allow my wife’s sister to come to the US for medical treatment and rehabilitation. My wife’s sister was diagnosed with oral cancer and she alone with no family in a foreign country. With Attorney Murdoch’s help we applied for a visa for medical treatment, but unfortunately the visa was denied. This left my wife having to decide between her sick and likely dying sister in a foreign country and her elderly mother, with dementia and other aliments in US. After the cancer surgery and chemotherapy the sister still needed rehabilitation, additional treatments, and could not care for herself. So with Attorney Murdoch helped us apply for Humanitarian Parole that was successful. The seriously ill sister was able to come to the US so my wife could care of both the sister and her elderly mother. We appreciate the professional and good support from Attorney Murdoch and Scott D Pollock and Associates for all their help to make it possible for us to have meaningful lives again.

I reached out to Nora Endzel to help handle a complicated post divorce issue. My case was in Illinois, but I had moved 700mi away and needed a lawyer who could take charge and represent me with minimal travel on my end. Ms. Endzel was very good at reviewing my complaint, and the original divorce judgement to make sure we were approaching the issue in the best way before getting in front of a judge so we could have a favorable outcome. My original divorce was not drafted super well to protect me from financial issues relating to a jointly owned property that was awarded to my ex, but remained financed in both of our names (that was starting active foreclosure due to non-payment by ex). Nora was able to extract the right information and present a strong case. Ms Endzel went above and beyond. My ex did not want to participate with this case, hire his own lawyer, or even show up to court. Nora made sure to have all documentation to show that my ex was notified of filings. I felt that Nora was very knowledgeable and without her help I don't think I would have had the same outcome. The length of the case to final judgement was reasonable considering that this was moving side by side with the foreclosure case. Nora kept me informed, and was responsive to emails and texts. I feel Nora did her best at presenting to the judge that I had a reasonable complaint, needed the help of an attorney, and had a financial responsibility that my ex was obligated to compensate me for. The judgement was fair, and the process actually helped my ex become compliant. Nora never wasted my time or money - I have had some lawyers nickel and dime every little message, and I appreciate her efforts to make sure that my complaint was presented appropriately.
