They were terrible and did absolutely nothing for us. One had to look no farther than the comps next door on either side to us to see our assessment was off. After filling out paper with them I never heard from them again until I called after getting tax bill and finding out Walsh got us 0 relief. I even initially told Walsh that the homes next door on each side of us are 2 flat grey stones converted to single family, with more than twice square footage and have recently sold for likely double what our house is worth. One of these homes is assessed less than ours, which is unbelievable. They didn’t even use that information. I felt we were very poorly represented and would definitely never use them again for anything.

I struggle to write a review that doesn't sound like a cheap infomercial, because Catelyn quickly and masterfully handled my case and settlement. Because of this, I was able to focus on my physical and mental recovery so that I may enjoy riding my bike once again. Additionally, Catelyn regularly checked in on me to ensure that my mental and physical recovery were progressing. I was not a client, I was a person who experienced something traumatic. Her support was a key part of me moving forward with my life. I am infinitely thankful for her support. If someone is unfortunate enough to experience any sort of collision with a car while riding a bike, Catelyn and Keating Law are the only option for representation in Chicago.

I can’t say enough on how satisfied I am with Keating Law Office. On August 28,2021 I was left hook by a car while riding my bicycle one day. I was rushed to the hospital and ended up with a right collar bone shattered in 10 pieces, compression fracture in my right knee, and my 1-month-old brand new 2022 Emonda SL5 carbon road bike destroyed. The next day I reached out to Keating Law, which was a Sunday and left a message, expecting a call on Monday. Instead, Michael Keating called me back in less than 5 minutes. On Monday he sent me all the paperwork to sign, which I e singed. From there Tom Reuland took over my case. Tom handled everything without needing much from me. I did send him my bill only because the hospital was slow and getting him the bills, and he asked if I would be able to send them in hasten the case. Which I was happy to do as I already had them in digital form. I cannot say how great the experience I had with Tom Reuland and Keating law. They handled everything and I did not have to worry about anything except for healing. He handled the property damage claim on my bike pro bono and got me the total cost of my bike and accessories reimbursed to me. The whole process from injury to check in hand was just under 5 months. I would recommend them to anyone who need a good lawyer, and they are also cyclist and so you can trust them if you are ever injured while riding your bike look no further.
