I have worked with Matt and consulted with him on business, and can say that he and his Firm live up to their billing as a trusted source of advice and expertise for companies undergoing bankruptcy and reorganization proceedings. Matt is highly skilled and knowledgeable, and he and his Firm are easy to work with and, maybe even more significantly, highly efficient and driven toward achieving the best results for their clients. I would work with the Firm again in a heartbeat.

Matt is one of the singular best attorneys that I have ever encountered. I have been against Matt on a case, hired Matt on another, and worked with Matt for several years. Matt represented my design company in its capacity as a member of the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors and a major creditor in a large commercial bankruptcy case. Through the sale of non-core assets and a subsequent restructuring, as well as substantial negotiations with secured creditors owed tens of millions of dollars, my company ultimately recovered 90% of its claim – the same as other unsecured creditors, far more than the secured creditors received on account of their deficiency claims, and much more than was expected at the outset of the case. I would strongly recommend Matt and his team to other businesses that are involved in complex commercial bankruptcy cases, or that are otherwise faced with legal issues.
