I was referred to the Washington Law information from my employee benefits department. I contacted the office to find out I had to pay a $5.00 for the consultation. Which was shocking because my benefits stated it was a free consultation. I paid the $5.00 and scheduled the appointment with the Washington Law. The attorney was 10 minutes late for the 1:15 pm appointment, she then told me she had another appointment scheduled at 1:25 pm and they may dial into the call. I stated that was not fair since she was late for the scheduled appointment. After explaining the situation, the line went dead, and I have not been able to get in contact with the lawyer-Washington after calling back eleven times. I would not recommend her services. I gave one star because I could not submit the review without selecting something.

Ms. Washington was a fantastic attorney! She has deep knowledge of contract law and was able to clearly explain the complexities of my situation. Throughout the process, she kept me informed of all developments and made sure I understood my options. Ms. Washington was also very professional and approachable, and I always felt comfortable discussing my concerns with her. In the end, she was able to negotiate a favorable settlement on my behalf. PLEASE READ NEW REVIEW. This review sounds great but it is not. He used this order to leverage and my aggressor later harmed me. I had a cross-suit whereby I had placed an OP in DuPage and the Respondent placed one in Cook days later. It was becoming extremely messy and it was starting to turn against me. Attorney Wise is just the Zealous attorney needed for the job! I overheard him with a different matter being heard before my case in Cook and was thoroughly impressed. I am a 10-year paralegal and I have never seen this type of strategic assertiveness in all of my career. Extremely quick and to the point. Candid and an overall pleasure to have been represented by him. I have a peace of mind and would undoubtedly retain Mr. Wise again.

Turns out that Order I previously mentioned? Attorney Wise used it as leverage to dismiss my aggressors in 2020, when I am being told by a dozen other attorneys that he shouldn’t have advised that I allow it to to get dismissed in exchange for my aggressors to get dismissed for lack of service. DuPage is conservative and we had proof that proper service was given. Later, 2021 my aggressor ran me off of the road and I requested that he places an order against and he said that my evidence wasn’t enough despite the police reports and physical car being totaled. Later the aggressor placed a civil order against me in cook. Cook has a rule of 4 or more events and they grant emergency orders automatically unlike any other courthouses in Illinois. He advised me to agree to this order and did not investigate, review or even put any significant effort in attempting to defend me. My conceal carry is revoked and it resulted in me relocated to Texas as you can imagine it is very dangerous for your aggressor to have leverage to hurt you. He told me she “looks” crazy and to stay away from her and he yelled at me constantly. Law abiding citizen with a beatable case now I have to hire and pay multiple attorneys.
