Absolutely horrible experience. I’m giving this law firm 1 star because at this point it’s ridiculous how long it took to settle a small case and the lack of communication. I was involved in auto accident in February of 2022. I was the driver and I was T-boned and suffered an AC separation. I worked at Dollar Tree and was in school for Cosmetology. As of today I haven’t fully healed from the accident. I lost my job and was required postpone my Cosmetology career cause my my loss wages and additional expenses to cover the program extension. Being that I’m a single mother of four kids I was in a very bad position financially. They’ switched my attorney 2 times. Initially I was working with David. He was very horrible with responding and returning calls. I was then put with Andrea. Initially she was prompt with responding and keeping me informed of what was happening with the case. I have since moved to Virginia with my children in hopes of making a better life for them and myself. My case went to arbitration April 11, 2024. I was advised on May 23, 2024 the insurance company accepted the offer per the arbitrator’s decision and she was trying to get medical charges reduced. As of June13, 2024, I have not heard from my attorney since. I call and ask to speak with her now she’s not available and in meetings. She hasn’t even attempted to respond to me via email! If I had looked at the reviews before today I would’ve never chosen them to represent me. This is very sketchy and very unethical. You should treat all your clients with respect and dignity and follow up. It’s literally not that hard.
