Helped me with 2 claims and got way more than I thought I would for both claims. Mr. Stephen Martay helped me out tremendously!!! I wasn't interested in getting a lawyer for my case. Workman's comp was late with my checks, took way longer than it should to get direct deposit from them. I was falling behind while being seriously injured. Mr. Martay kept reaching out to me. Stephen Martay is not just another lawyer. He is actually concerned and committed to you and your case. He gave my case a ton of attention even though it wasn’t the biggest case. He always answered my calls and if he couldn’t he got back to me very fast. And most important to me he was very honest about the whole process and gave me true and real expectations and he never lead me to think otherwise. He treated me like a person not just like a dollar sign for him. Becuase of these traits about him i won my case and this is after that other lawyers i talked to told me they wouldn’t take my case cause I cant win it. So l, I called and He immediately returned My Call and accepted My case. He not only accepted My case He pulled My Workers Compensation Case up reviewed it briefly and Explained that first call, What I can expect.
