This is honestly one of the best lawyers I’ve worked with. I started out with a different lawyer but could never get into contact with them. I decided to switch due to someone else’s recommendation and I’m glad I did. You get a personal touch when you work with Mr. Martay. He was very good with keeping me updated, keeping with communication. He’ll call you, text you, and if you call and happen to miss him, he’ll reach out to you ASAP.

Steve is extremely knowledgeable in his field. He was always available to answer any questions I had. I am very content with the result of my settlement outcome. I would highly recommend him.

I still currently have this law firm, they told me that they knew the I workmen's comp person assigned to my case for a very long time. This lady called way past the time to call started checks late and cut them early. I hired them due to injury at a work place. They sent me back to work after letting their physical therapist see and work on me. My injuries made it so I needed to get a new job and my second job which I told them I was currently unable to anything with and my business so they put no other job. They have used my lawyers to harrass me saying they don't believe I even have children. All over this was months ago and now they want me to sign another contract outside of the original case. I keep saying I won't sign that it says I can not sue if I sign, and they are saying it is okay just sign. Watch who you trust!

Unfortunately when I called the receptionist was extremely hard to hear and understand what they were saying…I repeatedly told her there was a problem with her phone and she didn’t seam to care…will be taking my case to someone else that I can hear

This was my first time having a workers comp case so I wasn’t sure how to go about things or what the process was like. When I called Steve he talked me through what the whole process would be like step by step and assured me everything would be ok. Any time I had a question or a concern I was able to text Steve and get a response from him shortly after. He is very professional and has your best interest at heart. I hope I never have to use him again but if I do it will be with the upmost confidence. I will definitely be recommending him to everyone I know. Thanks again Steve!
