The service Charles provided was excellent. He helped me sell my house and purchase a new one. He keeps you informed of all the details and is knowledgeable, professional, friendly and reliable. He helped me clear up an obligation I had lingering from years ago with the City of Chicago I highly recommend him to anyone in need of real estate lawyer. There is only one man with the $99. plan , Charles Siracusa.

My case is finished. I wish I could add another star. Opinions I would like to share: First (take this to the bank) You NEED to do your homework. Many case settlements do not include medical. YOU HAVE TO PAY...for medical, standard fees, 20% for WC. I mention this because Mr.Platt (my attorney) educated me (I also did my OWN homework). From my past experience you are GOING TO WAIT for your settlement check. You do not just get to say.."YAY! I am done...gimme my ducets!". There is a process! You WILL pay a fee if you choose a pre-settlement loan. You will pay back that loan from your settlement. You and your attorney, from this firm, will work together to decide your best course of action. I recieved an email telling me to expect no less than a 2 month wait for my check. The email also explained how much would be taken out for attorney fees. Mr. Platt educated me on fees...he educated me on many things regarding my case. I hired this firm over another (I was already engaged in). I had more movement in one month..than I had in 1 year. I felt (this is huge) that my law firm would do their best. Not only that...I asked questions..."will you seek counsel from your peers". I did not want a "boy wonder" for an attorney. I wanted LEGAL COUNSEL! Mr. Platt assured me he felt 100% comfortable in getting direction from senior counsel, should he need it. He didn't. Now, I am done. That phase is over. My suggestion...ask questions. Listen to what your lawyer tells you...pay attention so you can do research. ASK ABOUT FEES! I trust this law firm. So should you. Summation of Facts..you will be charged a fee for this firms engagement with a loan. FACT unless told otherwise you will have to pay previous medical. FACT it takes weeks, months! To complete a settlement. IMO... None of this is unreasonable. My experience with this firm ? Legit. I recommend!🥰

Very happy with how professional and helpful. I absolutely recommend anyone who has been hurt at work to have Martay take the case very knowledgeable and absolutely will work with you an answer any questions or concerns that you have. My personal experience they get you what you deserve and make sure it gets done right the first time . Thank you for all the help very satisfied

Steven Martay was very informative. He notified me of any changes in my case and was able to get procedures scheduled when work comp was dragging their feet while I was dealing with pain on a regular basis. I would highly recommend him to anyone that is in of representation with an injury.

I think Muriel Collison is very efficient and detailed oriented. She works Extremely hard for the clients. She's fair and leaves no stone unturned.
