Charles has been “old school” the whole way!
Let me explain, he has taken the time to answer questions almost immediately by phone or email. More importantly he has been kind, punctual, and most importantly has had an attention to detail that is unmatched. His prices are reasonable and I can’t recommend him enough. I had to move out of state for work, and he was able to help me mostly over the phone and through email!
Thank you Charles for making both our home purchase and sale as easy as it could have been. Look no further people, this guy has got your back!
