Wasn’t use to someone who pick the ball up and ran with it. Steve contacted me after filling out an online form, got all the information he needed from me and did his magic. Then things slowed down do to COVID-19 but stayed in contact to let me know how progress was going. If you have any questions about Workers Comp claims he’s the person to ask. Everything was up front no extra anything. If there’s money to be found he will find it. Was a first time for me to do anything about an work injury and I was very happy. Thanks Steve!

Hi there. Yosef Arviv settled my case in an expeditious manner. Overall, this firm far exceeded my expectations. I filed my claim back in November, 2019; it's been less than a year, and this June, 2020 I heard back with regard to settling the case (I suffered a head injury). On the other hand, I suffered another on-the-job injury during the Autumn of 2017. Ankin Law handled that claim, and it took them nearly 2.5 years to settle it. Mind you, it was a much more simplistic case (I suffered a shoulder/arm injury). If you're looking for a good injury law firm, Dworkin & Maciarello (The Hammer) is excellent and far superior than the others. The attorney, Yosef Arvin, who handled my case is very communicative and sharp. He is the knowledgeable, trustworthy, tough guy you want representing you. My settlement didn't make me a billionaire, but the sum I received was of greater value than what Ankin Law negotiated in what appeared to be a never-ending, unresolved case. This is a no-brainer: Go with D&M, and pick Yosef Arviv. He's a force!
