After an exhausting resistance from the insurance company Dworkin and Maciariello delivered me amazing news a settlement more than I expected. Attorney Stephen Martay, I felt, from our free consultation call, would be the better attorney for my case. My case was originally with another firm, where I was very unsatisfied with their lack of attention to my case. Attorney Martay was not only knowledgeable with pertinent information about my case; he was able to increase my initially expected settlement compared to what my previous attorney/firm had stated.

Dave was a great lawyer. He explained everything thoroughly and always kept me up to date on any issues or changes. He also was very quick to answer my phone calls and emails. His response time was always same day or next day. When it came to negotiations he fought for me til we got what we wanted and he never stopped.
