They don't do there homework on at least my case I had to by my own meds at first for my own meds was told i would be reimbursed several times over the last year and a half still waiting for it they change attorneys on me but I'm still waiting for a settlement offer and were this hell is my prescription reimbursement everyone I talk to their is nice but.this should have been an easy and case uggh still waiting

Contacted several attorneys before I felt comfortable with Martay law. They advised me of my rights as an employee and what to expect out of my workman comp claim. The process was a little lengthy but I was always informed of any situations that arose through out my case. I trusted them and thats hard to do now and days but they got the job done.

I hired this law firm over a year ago. I did a lot of the leg work getting all my medical bills to the firm. I rarely got any update unless I contacted them and I rarely got a response back right away and sometimes I would not got no response. I finally settled and the check has been issued to the law firm two weeks ago and I still have not received anything from them. They keep saying they have not received it but the insurance company gave me the date the check was mailed to them. Now they will not respond to calls or emails.

Dave Martay represented me and did a Phenomenal job. He was always available and willing to explain what was going on in what can be a very confusing process. Dave definitely worked hard on my behalf and it was clear that my best interest was the priority. I would wholeheartedly reccomend his services.

Great communication always kept me informed. All transactions were carried out in a courteous and professional manner. I would not hesitate to call on their services again if needed.

Do yourself a favor and do not use these guys. The absolute worst part is I waited patiently while they screwed me over instead of contacting a new lawyer. !!! And when your receiving false responses from the owner now it’s time to say something else !!! This is a false report I was not unhappy with the settlement I was unhappy that I was allowed to lose everything over the course of the year with no contact from the firm they allowed my employer to push me around from day one then spewing false info to me over the phone .Very condescending when you do speak then leaving false responses to an honest review . Use a local law office people make sure and pay the little bit of extra somewhere where you know you can hold people accountable .

Charles - or Chuck - is amazing. I discovered him 2 years ago when I was selling my studio. I thought, why not give a try, $99 instead of $700 when I bought the condo. I was not expecting a lot, but I quickly realize how Chuck was amazing. As a first-time seller, I couldn't have been happier to have someone like him with me. He was very patient (especially with me as a Foreigner) and detail oriented and took the time to explain everything. He was also always available and willing to answer any question I had. Last month, I called him again and I entrusted him with the sale of our $500K condo and taking the risk to give him the 'Power of Attorney' as we had to leave the country. As usual, we felt very confident in the transaction and a lot of that is because of Chuck, I highly recommend him. Thanks Chuck, you are awesome!
