My first experience with a lawyer and ever being hurt. Crystal was very polite and always got back to me regarding my questions or concerns, no matter how big or small. I honest contacted the Law firm because I didn't think I was getting the proper treatment for my injury. From start to finish they made sure I receive the care I was due and then still made sure the insurance people did their part.
