Had three different attorneys, final settlement was paltry to say the least. My back /neck are still in pain 24/7. Even the final settlement papers were delayed six months because no one checked the email the e-signed papers went to causing me an extra $1100 expense on a $1500 loan. Dominic Marciello said "I'll see what I can do" which was nothing. I'm in Wisconsin with my accident happening in Illinois. I chose them because from all external appearances they seemed very good. Didn't return phone calls for six months at a time. Just one of the most horrible experiences of a lifetime. And then as a bribe at the end they mail your settlement check next day for a positive Google review. Just very disappointing and petty. If you're as good as you think you are you don't need to make clients post a positive review for something you should do anyways. No regards to their clients whatsoever. Update 10/4/18: Despite the response from the "owner", this is exactly what happened, they were going to send my settlement certified USPS mail and said that if I posted a positive Google review that I could get the settlement sent next day via FedEx. And also the "owner" never addressed the time frame in which I was charged an extra $1100 in interest on a $1500 Loan because the documents were signed February 10th, 2017, it wasn't sent until Mid-August because their DocuSign sent the documents to an email which no one checked even after repeated phone calls asking where my settlement was. I have email proof of correspondence from Dworkin for all of this and rather than take responsibility it is denied. "I might be able to negotiate the amount of the interest charged down.", quote in an email from Domenic Maciariello. Last time I heard of it. What I expected was a reimbursement of the $1100 (around 6 months) in extra interest accrued because they didn't check for the paperwork that I sent back signed within 15 minutes of them notifying me it had been sent. And "fair" settlement, on my settlement nature of injury was "back/neck strain". I have 7 MRIs with 11 bulging discs in my lumbar, thoracic spine & a herniated disc at C5 in my neck. Not to mention a hip replacement from April of this year which I was limping around on for over four years even though hip pain was mentioned from the onset. I had a torn Labrum. These injuries are permanent, severe loss of quality of life at 41 years old now. And, no, they did not respond via phone call or email for months at a time. They failed to even get the proper diagnosis, failed to guide me through legal territory, Illinois state law. I'm in chronic pain and will be for life, have had three hip dislocations since my replacement. It took over three years and I had someone on the phone concerning my case probably three to six times. That's once to twice a year. At the end I asked that the extra interest from the loan due to their mistake/error/screw up be eaten by them as is fair and I got the "I may be able to negotiate the interest down" comment in an email and nothing after that. I don't write reviews, it takes either exceptional service, or abhorrent service for me to waste the time.

Chuck is an excellent real estate attorney and great to work with. He came as a recommendation and I would highly pass along his name to anyone else who needs a real estate attorney. He is extremely knowledgable, professional, honest, and gets the job done! One that thing that really stood out was he was always quickly responsive even on the weekends Saturday and Sunday!
