They also provided clarification on questions that I didn't understand. His team was very each to get a hold off. This has been the second time working with him and it gets better and better. I called “Mike” as he called himself to inguire about purchasing a condo that was going in foreclosure. He is listed as a real estate attorney with credibility. Why I called. I was treated as stupid, uninformed, didn’t do due diligence, (which I did do)… But when you’re hiring a real estate attorney, are you not paying them to do due diligence? He was so rude and condescending. I don’t know if it’s race or because I’m a woman, but he was rude! Sent me a snarky text message after our conversation, Completely unprofessional I had cash to buy the condo and attorney fees relocating from Utah he couldn’t even recommend Another suitable attorney who could help me. Useless!
