After my father in law suffered a traumatic brain injury after being rear-ended and multiple falls at a nursing care facility, we reached out to David Abels to help us manage through this devastating time. My mother in law was, as you can imagine, distraught and overwhelmed by the whole situation and dealing with the insurance companies was the last thing she needed. Mr. Abels stepped in and managed the whole process while keeping us all fully abreast of each development. More importantly though, Mr. Abels cared about our family. He was all the things you need from an attorney--well informed and knowledgable, responsive, a good, clear communicator, etc, but he was so much more. He was patient and supportive. He always asked how my father in law was doing because he was genuinely concerned about his well-being. I had less interaction with Mr. Annes, but he took over the parts of our case that were his area of expertise which was so helpful since they really served as a one-stop shop for our needs. Between the two of them, we were well represented and successful in our efforts because of their dedication and tireless work on our families behalf.
