This guy should retire or work for the mob. I found him through legal insurance and in hindsight, wished I never had legal insurance so I wouldn't have met him.

Look how many people he’s disappointed!! Anyone can write a good review, I’m sure he tries to hide them himself. How sad it must be to have been hurt so badly that he has turned a potentially honorable career into a travesty for so many innocent people. Shame on you for degrading the American justice system. You are deplorable. Be better.

Mr. Schwab and his assistant Richard Labovitz helped me a lot and went an extra mile with my tough divorce. They treated me with respect and they were always behind me in the most difficult situations during the case. Thanks to them I can enjoy spending time with my little girl again :)

I hired Mr. Schwab to represent me in court regarding child support/ spousal maintenance/ marital property issues. My case was complicated and lengthy. However, I was advised by Mr. Schwab on each step and turn it may take, on how to act in particular situation, which happened the way he had predicted. Due to this outcome he has earned my full trust. I am very happy with the fact that he was my attorney and with the end results. I could not have wished for a better lawyer! Highly recommended!

I was recommended by a physician friend to call Mr. Schwab because he'd assisted my friend with his divorce, and was told that he highly recommended him and that his divorce took 5 months. After sending an e-mail to Mr. Schwab's office, within the day I was contacted by him personally to discuss my case. Each meeting, he worked with me during irregular hours and assisted in my hours of availability. He was professional when discussing fees, was transparent in what those fees would be, and was clear in how he billed. As the case went on, more documents needed, Mr. Schwab and his clerks were very responsive to my inquiries, and were quick to answer questions I may have during the process. Having three young children, and I would say not a case that was disputed by my spouse, we moved quickly to come to agreements with opposing counsel. I do have to say that amicable communication in a divorce is key to completing the process. My spouse also has disabilities, and with that in mind, Mr. Schwab was also able to give advice in Elder Law issues. At no time did he communicate personally with my spouse as I’ve read other reviewers say. He at no time seemed to be interested in only money. When I asked for a meeting, we had one. When documents were needed, I gave them and he filed within a quick turnaround. I had no motions. I had no disputes over major things with my spouse, which I am sure contributed to an easier way through the process.

Mr. Schwab and his team were very responsive and experienced on matters for my case (pension payments on hold due to issues with Domestic Relations Order). He researched my case and related cases, and proactively took actions with the court and opposing counsel to obtain a determination in my favor. Mr. Schwab and his team were professional, clear and cost effective in resolving my case.

He is knowledgeable and knows his stuff very well. I would recommend him to anyone. He helped my sister case. It took her more than expected, but it was not his fault.

I was referred to Mr. Schwab for an update of my will and medical directives. He was very prompt and knew his stuff well. I would recommend him for anyone. A good, ethical man who keeps your interest front of mind at all times.

We needed a new lawyer to help us terminate child support since the child was turning 18 soon. We lived in Florida, but original case was in Illinois. Very beneficial that he is able to practice in both states. He answered all our questions and communicated with us every step of the way. Every scenario we thought of (of how it may turn out), he was able to provide a detailed plan of attack and realistic expectations. Very fair price and support was terminated with no issue. Would hire again!
