$315 for a 10 minute phone consultation with no new information. Use PSLF was her only advice. I am already doing that. Refused to refund.

I had a bit of a medical eye emergency and the staff took me in last minute on a Friday afternoon. I can’t appreciate and thank the staff and Dr. Sabherwal enough - thank you for taking your time with me and not rushing everything. Because of him we found out I may have a potential infection and he immediately went out of his way to refer me and made calls to the Rush Hospital Cornea Specialist to take me in at 5:30 on a Friday. I felt listened to and cared for here.

Excellent doctors and staff but my last couple visits have been 1-3 hours behind schedule. I just don’t have the time to sit in a waiting room most of the afternoon.

The team here is EXCELLENT—supported me at every step of the way, were super encouraging and provided great insight.

I never thought I would get out from under my student loans. Working with Rae for the last year and a half was amazing. Everything went smooth! Rae Kaplan helped me during a very stressful time when my wages had been garnished for not being able to pay the monthly amount established by the government.
