Contacted this law firm last week to determine if they are able to provide business law counsel. Provided my contact information and the receptionist assured I would get a call back from Mr. Miller. I did not receive a call back and when I called again several days later the office receptionist is now telling me they do not practice business law which is listed on their web site, I was then placed on hold and was told I need to wait to get a call back from Mr. Miller again. The receptions was very rude and not a good start to attract potential new clients to your practice. Please work on professionalism and honor your commitments to call backs.
