Steve Seidman is a lawyer that is ALWAYS available to his clients. I was injured at work and was unable to go to his office, Steve drove over 150 miles round trip to come to my home. He always puts clients first, he genuinely cares. I have probably known Steve for over 25 years, I consider him a friend, Steve has guided my family though some pretty tough times. I am an attorney who worked cases with and against Steve over my many years of prctice .When I decided to close my office I contacted Steve to determine if he would take over my pending cases. HIS ASSISTANT LINDA IS A COMPLETE LIAR AND ALWAYS CONFUSED TO THE POINT SHE SCREWED UP MY CASE, COULD NEVER KEEP UP WITH DOCUMENTS, AND ALWAYS PLAYED VICTIM. STEVEN IS A COMPLETE JERK AND SO NASTY. THEY'RE IN BED WITH THE ORTHO DOCTOR AND BASICALLY A RIP OFF. THEY ARE NOW OFF MY CASE AND I HAVE A WAY BETTER ATTORNEY. HIM AND HIS ASSISTANT ALMOST COST ME MY JOB BECAUSE OF THEIR LACK OF COMPETENCY. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON'T HIRE THEM!!

I was hit by a drunk driver in a work truck while on the way to a job. My 10 thousand pound F350 work vehicle was hit so violently it spun 180 degrees and was completely totaled. At the hospital doctors and police could be heard talking about how the drunk driver was three time over the legal limit of alcohol. Mr. Seidman did not keep me informed and his paralegal tried to send me to a loan company for a loan until my case was settled. When I accused him of being in bed with the insurance company, he did not deny it. Worst attorney I have ever dealt with in my life and very unprofessional.

Mr. Seidman knows the Chicago Workmens comp system inside out. After you talk to him you can relax and let him do his thing. I can tell you from my own experience how diffacult dealing with employer's insurence companies can be. They are tough and don't care about you.
