Terrible communication, over priced. All application documents are templates they use for everyone and they don’t even bother to check grammar and spelling. They don’t care about your case at all. Run.

I was very fortunate to work with Attorney Beata Leja and her team for my O1-A visa as well as my EB1-A visa. I found them to be extremely thorough, professional, and creative in their approach. At first, I was unlucky to not get selected in the H1B lottery. Attorney Beata Leja and her team did an in-depth review of my profile and figured out that I had a strong chance at the O1-A visa .The process was transparent and they guided me through each step. I was able to collect all relevant documentation needed for this difficult to obtain visa, and Beata and her team put together a strong application that got approved even without an RFE. Beata also suggested I apply for my green card under the even harder EB1-A category and that too was approved. My entire green card journey (from priority date to green card in hand) took less than 2 years thanks to some really smart planning by Beata and her team. The company that I work for came to Minsky McCormick & Hallagan when we had some challenges with my visa renewal, there were some delays in the process and I was getting close to the expiration of my current visa. Beata's team jumped right away and was very responsive, they gave us several options, advice and guidance. They were able to maintain my status and also successfully complete my permanent residence application and process on time. Something that most said it was very unlikely to happen. I would like to thank all of the wonderful attorneys and staff with MMH especially Ms Beata Leja, Aaron Lawee & Elizabeth for helping my friend with her immigration case. The case was extremely complicated and we went to many law firms who were not willing to take her case. We were truly blessed to have met Ms Leja who took a chance with my dear friend. Everytime we call they say that Mr. Hallagan is busy or that he will come call. Here I am two years later and have not heard any updates on anything and not even a call back. The reception person always has some excuse and I am never able to talk to him personally about my case. It has been such a waste of time these past two years with not know anything or even if they submit the information needed after I sent it to the office. Not happy at all. UPDATE: We were able to get our cases for my parents going again. We are thankfully our cases were checked back on by the lawyer. He has been keeping my parents informed and following their cases. Grateful to see the change in their office.

Excellent service and compromise

I worked with MMHPC for my H1B application this year and it was a pleasure working with them. They were very prompt in answering any of my questions / concerns and were always on top of the submission. Also, the people I worked with were very knowledgeable and understood all the requirements correctly and always were there to clear any doubts I had. If you’re looking for the best immigration lawyer, Aaron Lawee is the perfect gem! It took me years and lots of research to find an immigration lawyer that I could trust with my case. It was very hard to find someone who I could trust with something very personal and to get the help I needed.
