Choosing a lawyer with or without a referral is risky, and reviews can be misleading. When I Ianded in Steve Glickman's office over a decade ago, cold and without a recommendation, I took the kind of chance that I wouldn't recommend to anyone. I got lucky....because of Steve's character. YES, he has deep knowledge, years of experience, and is attentive. Aside from that, Steve has repeatedly proven that he can be trusted. He has unwavering ethics and integrity. At vulnerable points in time, we often can't see through the fog. In retrospect, the empathy and emotional intelligence he applied, that I didn't even realize at the time, is striking. Things could've been a disaster absent his guidance. Over years, Steve has skillfully handled the simple to complex for me. It's his exceptional qualities that elevate him above the pack. I highly recommend him.

Steve was incredibly thoughtful, patient and knowledgeable when helping me navigate a separation agreement with a previous employer. I had involved him probably too late in the process, but he was able to help me remedy a few of my missteps and figure out best course of action, support my interactions when negotiating new agreement and final outcome was very much to my satisfaction.
