Mr. Helfgot obtained a judicial lien to enforce a 30+ years old child support judgment and succeeded in spreading the order to collect part of the delinquent amount from an heir's share of an estate. He drafted thorough motions, accurate in both facts and law and persuasively argued his points, despite hostile and aggressive arguments and underhanded maneuvers by the lawyer representing the estate administrator, a close relative of the heir. He is intelligent, a good listener and a great analyst as well as thoroughly knowledgeable re debt collection law.
