I had a good experience I recommend people to use Shuman Legal for personal injury cases.

It took awhile but in the end they came through!

Marc and his team did a thorough and satisfactory job for me on my case. I even received a pretty reasonable settlement because of his tremendous experience in personal injury. The Paralegal and other team member were always very patience, kind and polite to me. I would recommend this legal firm.

Marc Shuman is a great and awesome Lawyer. He kept me updated throughout the entire process, he also has an amazing legal team working with him. He also informed me on the importance of insurance policies and what’s best recommended to protect you and other parties involved. Terrible Lawyer he waited a whole 2years to tell me my case was denied mind you I did not speak to him at all not once during that time before he took my case he told me that I had a case he watch the video he said he had a case like mine he a person 1million dollars I kept asking to speak with him he kept sending me his paralegal Martha who had me getting all of my paperwork they literally didn’t do anything I got all of my medical bills & records he waited until my case reached statutory filing limit and told me I should drop the case I said no I want it filed so I can try to find another lawyer to take my case I talked to 3 lawyers that wouldn’t take the case & they all asked why he took so long to tell me what they could tell me in two hours I was told that he sold me out DO NOT GO TO THIS FRAUD GUY I tried not to go off of the other reviews and I totally regret it I would never refer anyone to this guy ever.

When I first got into a car accident. The landscaping truck hit me from behind and another vehicle. The vehicle insurance of the motorist that hit me from behind. Didn't know want to pay for my vehicle damages, so I decided to go to the yellow pages and look for a lawyer that can help me. Yes, I went through the yellow pages =). I spoke with Mr. Shuman's legal help we had a free consultation. They got back to me and said they're going to take my case. Of course, I was hurt and I needed surgery and physical therapy. This type of case I knew it was not going to be quick. It was going to take some time. Mr. Shuman's team had a surgeon and physical therapy already set up for me to go. The surgeon did an excellent job with my shoulder. The physical therapy was great, especially the shoulder massages that came with it. Case cannot continue unless I finish all of the physical therapy. Once that was done the case started up again. The court building was closed to the public. Everything was done by zoom. Hearings were 4-5 months out. What I really like about Mr. Shuman's team is. They always communicate with me if it's not by phone it's by email. They have to go through the process. They also have to wait for the Insurance Company to respond from both parties. They have a team where they lower the medical bills. They were really do their best, so I can get the best amount for my injuries. Mr. Shuman's team called me and said your check is ready to be picked up. My kids and I was debating on how much I was getting. They said about $10, 000. I said there is no way. I said, I think it's $7,000. I go to their office saw the check. Yup We were both wrong =), it was above $10,000. That means that his team worked very hard to get me this good large amount. Which I appreciate very much for all their hard work. Mr. Shuman gave me some great advice, raise my policy amount. It could benefit me in the future in case of another accident. I will definitely take his advice. Thank you for everything.

The lawyers are EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the laws. They were easy to work with and always a phone call or email away to answer my many questions. Their advice was always aimed at my best interest as opposed to the interest of the firm or individual lawyers. I am more than happy with the outcome and while it took two years.
