I hired Mr. Ehrlich 2 1/2 years ago and from the beginning he told me what we were up against. He did not make any promises and he made sure I understood my case was labor intensive and costly. Mr. Ehrlich communicated with me candidly and on an ongoing basis. He is always accessible, responsive and very honest. Mr. Ehrlich served as my voice and defender when my employer tried to defame and silence me. The legal correspondences and arguments he drafted on my behalf was astounding and his legal prowress is unprecedented. Mr. Ehrlich kept me apprised every step of the way. He is worth every dime. Mr. Ehrlich is communicative, honest, sharp and tough to beat! If you hire Mr. Arthur Ehrlich, you got the right one and your employer better watch out because Mr. Ehrlich is a force to be reckoned with!

My job, after allowing me to telecommute for nine months, recalled me to work regular hours in person. I have underlying medical conditions that would cause deadly consequences should I contract COVID-19. I was very upset that my employer did not seem to care about these conditions. I contacted the American Bar Association and they referred me to Goldman Ehrlich Law Firm. That is how I came into contact with Attorney Arthur Ehrlich. From the onset, he patiently listened to my concerns and provided me with sage legal advice regarding the steps that I should take, and reviewed my writings to my employer. My employer relented, and will allow me to continue to telecommute until such time that I receive both COVID-19 immunizations shots and for seven days thereafter. What a tremendous relief. I cannot thank Attorney Ehrlich enough for his counseling.

I had been terminated by a well known tv show and I really got the shaft, if you know what I mean. Arthur took my case and got me a great settlement. He really went head to head with the tv shows litany of attorneys and I came out ahead because Arthur kept fighting for me through thick and thin. I highly recommend him for any wrongful termination suit. He is like the terminator, and he will defend your rights and go man to man with any attorney, if you need a real professional attorney on your side, than Arthur Ehrlich is the man for you.

And I was not impressed. He seemed rushed, uninterested, and bothered by my presence. I did later have other attorneys offer the same service to me as Arthur offered at a lower price, one of which I went with, and I ended up having a great experience. I just didn't get the professional vibe from Arthur which caused me to choose to move forward with him. Perhaps if I actually hired him I would have been able to properly evaluate him as a professional.

Mr. Ehrlich took on a daunting task of assembling years of documentation to create a case against a adversary who possessed far more resources and funds. He was masterful in extracting the truths and clearly understood their relevance in the law. As the case progressed he remained undeterred by the opposition. He asked the right questions when it counted, and clearly kept me abreast of the risks involved. It was necessary to show equal determination to maintain his trust. He respected my priorities, and together a goal was reached. If there were more like him. the world would be a better place.

Mr. Ehrlich was calm and collective when I first presented my wrongful termination case to him. He advised me of the ups and downs typically associated with cases of this nature. I was impressed with his wealth of knowledge that I immediately offered to pay for his services. Mr. Ehrlich recommended that I not pay at the time and consider the aches and pains that are typically associated with cases as such before paying. I eventually hired him couple of weeks later. Mr. Ehrlich was readily accessible and available for all the hearings and consistently kept me abreast of all communications with the defendant and appropriate state agencies. His endeavors resulted in a successful outcome. I highly recommend his representation in the unfortunate instance where you are unjustly deprived of your liberties.

The Chicago Bar Association recommended Arthur Ehrlich for a lawsuit I had initiated against a neighbor. I had specified that the attorney have experience litigating. Upon contacting Mr. Ehrlich he indicated that while he was primarily an employment/labor attorney after presenting him with the details of my case he said he thought he could handle it. I agreed to hire him as our attorney of record after my wife and I met with him at his office. I personally have several attorneys in my family and worked as a paralegal one summer for my brother in NYC so I'm fairly familiar with different attorneys and their personalities. What one of the negative reviews I read about Mr. Ehrlich here criticized basically for not wanting to waste time discussing irrelevant details. While I can understand the unhappy client's wanting to vent and tell her story. I on the other hand appreciated Mr. Ehrlich not wanting to spend the time I was paying for matters irrelevant to the case. If someone thinks telling a professional their story will make them feel better I'd suggest a psychiatrist would be a better choice than a lawyer. Mr. Ehrlich might be a bit brusque and cut you off when you stray off topic. He'd probably make some of his more tender clients happier if he had read Dale Carnegie's 'How to Make Friends and Influence People', but then he'd have to charge more. I found Mr. Ehrlich's legal skills and knowledge top-notch. That's what I was paying him for, not his personality. While we were prepared to go to trial I never expected Mr. Ehrlich to absorb the costs of a trial if a settlement couldn't be reached as one of Mr. Ehrlich's contingency clients apparently did after reading their review here. I did find out from my experience in court that suing someone is very expensive win or lose regardless of who your attorney is. In conclusion, I would use Mr. Ehrlich as my attorney again if the occasion ever arises again, which I hope doesn't.

Attorney Ehrlich is a very patient, competent, compassionate and knowledgeable attorney. He will take his time and listen to you, respect what you have to say, and do his job diligently to obtain the best outcome possible within the law for his client. Atty. Ehrlich represented me in a lawsuit against my former employer. I was terminated after 23 1/2 years of employment. Mr Ehrlich is well versed in all avenues of employment law, wrongful termination, retaliation, disability discrimination, and i'm quite pleased. Mr Ehrlich places clients issues in foreground. He doesn't stop when it comes to your rights. If an issue arises Mr Ehrlich is punctual in all responses requested by myself, attorneys, agencies. He didn't and doesn't miss any deadlines in regards to legal and my personal needs. He wants facts and not "color" when it comes to the facts. His candor is truthful and to the point. He is thorough when it comes to his writing legal briefs, responses, filings.
