The person who answers their phone is beyond rude and abrupt. They advertise a free consultation. I called asking to talk to someone and potentially hire him to help out with legal paperwork I had started but done wrong. He was very abrupt, didn’t want to listen to anything I said, kept interrupting me as I was explaining and before I had hardly said anything he ended the conversation with “ you are never going to find a lawyer’. Their phone representative is just RUDE, arrogant and abrupt. I’m reading other reviews here and a lot of other people have the same feedback. If I talked to people in such an unprofessional manner at my job I would be fired. I am shocked that they are keeping this person on the job considering that there’s a pattern of people complaining about his rudeness and lack of professionalism. UPDATE: In response to his response, I didn’t hang up on him. He ended the conversation abruptly with “you are never going to find a lawyer “ and he didn’t want to speak to me anymore. So the conversation had to end. I tried calling the other phone number they had listed hoping I will get to speak to someone else who is actually nice. Unfortunately he picked up the phone again. He must have known it was me ( mostly likely caller ID) and immediately, before I had said anything, said with a very annoyed unwelcoming tone “yes madam “. So I had to hang up as I knew this is not going to get anywhere. I will repeat it again- the person on the phone is rude and unprofessional. Finally, contrary to his abrupt and rude statement, I did find a lawyer who is helping me!

I called to share with him my case and he was extremely confrontational lack of hearing rushing me through the car. And then constantly siding with the person that I’m putting litigation through it’s like you are my attorney to be on my side that is why I’m telling you my story you are constantly siding with someone who violated my civil rights. Calling the police giving them a false statement to intimidate me it’s a crime why would you tell me it’s not. Extremely unprofessional and I wouldn’t trust this man with any of my litigation
