I contacted them yesterday and they called leaving two messages. I called them back and spoke to someone who was very nice but had no clue about my case so I had to wait until they looked over my emailed information I sent them. Instated in the email that i had a issue with a funeral home. I picked them to contact because they advertised that they take those cases. The second thing I called about was that my father and brother both passed 11 months apart from stage 4 lung cancer and was looking for representation with the "round up" case. I checked the website and they advertised that they take those cases also. The case with the funeral home he only asked if I knew if they had insurance I replied that I don't know. The second issue about the round up claim i was not asked any questions. I was told that they wouldn't be able to help me. I didn't know if hevwas talking about the first issue or the second. The man did give me the information to contact the bar association which I appreciated. The issue I have is that I contacted them for 2 issues and was asked one question about the funeral home having insurance. Not one question about the round up representation. I don't know which case they refused but I had to assume it was both. When I checked the email and saw that they had sent a survey. When I clicked to take the survey, it said my time had expired or I had already did it. These brief contacts took place a hour before I saw the email about the survey. Because they didn't take my case I wasn't allowed to do the survey. I think it's only fair to listen to those who's cases were rejected alongside those that were accepted. Because I couldn't leave feedback through the survey, I had to leave my review here. They seem to be a good law firm and I understand that like all law firms they choose the ones they think they could win. So they rejected both of my cases I brought to their attention but only one question about insurance for asked. On the website I gave them a brief description of the issues like they asked but no other question was asked so how could they make a educated decision based on a brief layout in the email and them only asking one question over the phone? I would have just took the survey leaving the same information. Because they didn't value my opinion in the survey, I'm leaving the same answers in this review. If surveys are only presented to cases they accept, then they are ignorant to the definition and concept of a survey. I first listed with 3 stars but changed it after asking myself what grade would they give themselves after they read my review.

Got in touch with the firm about an ongoing class action suit against HP Instant Ink that was listed on their website. I contacted them through their webform and listed my reasons for doing so. They called me five times in the span of a week. When I finally spoke to a representative, they had no idea what I was talking about. I attempted to explain that the suit was listed on their site. They didn't bother to look it up and told me they didn't take those kinds of cases. The two people I spoke to did not seem very bright and clearly had no idea what was going on at the firm. (One of them literally asked me what state Chicago was in.) If you're going to aggressively pursue potential clients, maybe you should hire reps that actually know what they're doing. The level of incompetence (and wasted time) was extremely annoying. Think twice about retaining this firm.
