Called- was told I had a case got disconnected then called again. Ask to speak with the same man- then was told no they don't have the connection number then was told I don't have a case by a female. When asking her why she said she couldn't tell me. Weird but fine, then when asked why would he say I had a case and you don't. Her response was I don't think he said that. When I asked her was she on the phone with us she replied no. When I asked is she calling me a liar. She replied no and she isn't arguing with me. Real professional. All I wanted was to be back connected with Diego.

I called their Nashville location. Gentleman answered the phone for the consultation. He asked me my name five times then asked me to spell it four times then asked me what I was calling for then he asked me what party did I want to go after isn’t that your job to figure out. Because I do not know. This is why I’m calling YOU. It was horrible. These people are ambulance chasers if you’re in the hospital they will help you. They are not for you, they are after the money money only!! and they have people that answer the phone that do not know what they’re talking about or doing.

Was in need of a lawyer for a hernia mesh claim the woman whom called me seemed very uninterested and just tired at several times she stated incorrect information about my case and at one point told me not to focus on the current even though I just had surgery a few days ago If you don’t like your job just say that don’t call me and waste the both of our time because your too lazy to do intake it’s your job

Worst law firm to ever represent Chicago. They somehow got involved in Riot Fest and pretend like they didnt. I know their subsidary from. TAMPA. COMPLETE DIRT BALLS. STAY AWAY!

Called them after I was rear ended on the interstate. I ended up having surgery to remove a vertebrae and replaced with a titanium cage. Currently have over $30,000 in medical bills plus 2 months of lost work wages. Pretty much could only get in contact with my case manager via text and never spoke with an attorney. They are trying to settle my case for $50,000 minus their 40% fee which will leave me in the hole. I think what bothers me most is that I felt left out of the process without futher consideration of future issues. It just seems like they were in for a fast score and more on. Wish I have considered other law firms and not fell for their "We care about you" commercials.

James Dye who is an attorney for Morgan & Morgan was council on my mother's case. My mother was denied a homeowners insurance claim in Central Florida. He sent out experts and made a visit to her site personally to see for himself the claim results. The insurance carrier never even bothered to come to her home but just flat out denied her claim. I contacted Morgan & Morgan and we never met James but we were so happy that he was issued our case. The bottom line is, James really went to bat for mom and she was awarded a settlement that was very helpful for her to correct and remodel her place caused from an explosion of sewer waste water blasting out of all her plumbing fixtures. Basically human waste sprayed everywhere. We were told that it was a Hazmat level 4. It is sad when insurance companies prey on the elderly like just flat out denying a claim like this. It was caused by a negligent sewer rodding company jetting out a main line and four other homes had the same results except their homeowners insurance paid with no questions asked. James thank you so much for taking care of my mother. You treated her as if she was your own mom. Outstanding job!!!
