I bought a 1965 GT-350 that was represented as “no expense spared” restoration. When it was shipped to me, it looked fantastic but after looking deeper into the car, it was fraudulently restored. Every corner was cut to save money. I called Peter Lubin’s office left my details and I received a call from him within a half hour. He took my case and was able to quickly get the case settled with the dealership. I received every penny back that I had put into the car, transportation, expenses, etc. Peter is a good lawyer. I was referred to this law firm to help with an issue and after speaking with Mr. O’Connor he told me there was a time limit due to the time that passed on the lawsuit and that we had 2 months to file and that he was something that he definitely does and will do. He told me he would give me a call back after he did some research on the situation. 2 weeks passes no word from him so I called back tot he office and told he remembers the situation and would be calling back after court. Now almost 2 months and still now word from him. I haven’t had a lot of experience but his kind of law firm usually runs for these kind of cases! Very unprofessional!
