Worth every penny! More people need to know about these kind of services

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I tried to hire this firm and the whole experience was terrible. Andrea the intake person is rude and kept cutting me off like she was too busy to get my information and when she requested documents, she never confirmed receipt. I had to follow up with them and when I spoke with her again she said the lawyer put a hold on it because he needed more information. Why would you not express that to me? I’m sitting here trying to beat the clock and your sheer unprofessionalism is affecting me. She quoted me not once, but twice and when I asked how to pay she said they would send me a contract and link for me to pay. Two different occasions she did this and I still have not received a link or contract. I’m now past the date that I needed to respond because of these people. Complete trash law firm. This is why I don’t trust company reviews. *Update* It took 3 months for them to gather a proper response to this review. Thanks for proving my point. I said what I said, you guys are unprofessional period. I hired a firm with sense.

I called to hire a lawyer and i never got an answer, i even left a voice mail with my number twice. If you're looking for a lawyer, i suggest finding another one.

Called a couple of times every time machine says it is temporarily unavailable. Don’t waste your time.

Be careful with these people they are shysters they were very dishonest Every time I had question they would tell me to ask the judge Needless to say Zoom Court never happen either I was given the wrong ID or password Or they didn’t see me sign in LIES LIES Today was the 2nd Time it happen How do I know if there was court Today I’m never included …..Run for your life Which I should’ve on my very first appt I heard one of the lawyers on a call with another Atty in their firm Laughing how they did a client. “I’m not answering any of their calls their dumb and I refuse to talk to them the entire conference call among the lawyers was Ha Ha My brother found them for the family I’m Not sure where it must have been on a back of a cereal box Please people DO NOT Hire them Don’t let them sweet talk you like I did When you’re the victim it’s hard to think clearly Before you hire them do your home work They will Rob you with your eyes wide open I NEVER Do Reviews BUT I DONT WANT Anybody to go through this. Why do not pick up your phone when people are calling during normal business hours? I have been calling and calling and the voice mail prompt keep saying that the office is closed? How and or why when on your website it indicated that the Office is open. People need help here answer your phones.
