Yeah , i've been Working with this Law firm for years. But not working in the sense of working for them .I've been a client and they have been absolutely amazing. They have a very thorough team and are very knowledgeable of what's going on. If I was the ever need to recommend a law firm.This would be the law firm that I would be recommended. 0 stars. Andrea has an attitude from jump. She acts like you are inconveniencing her. She also accuses you of not sending the proper things, when you have the email from her and those things were never asked for. She also never returns your call or calls back when she says. I almost wonder if she even passes the information to the lawyers to look at before turning your business away.

I don't think I can really put into words how amazing this Firm has been. I live in New York and didn't trust my case with a firm here. I trusted this out of state firm all the way in Illinois to take care of my business. Best decision of my life. I could not be any more pleased with the service. From all the attorneys multiple paralegals all have been superior. Id definitely recommend this firm to anyone.Thank You Thank You Thank You for all you have done for me❤️👌💯

The people at the firm were amazing. They kept me in the loop throughout the process that took several years. Would highly recommend them.

I have read many of the reviews and it seems like I'm not the only one that has had a problem with this firm. They seem to tell you one thing and then do another they try and pass it off like it's not their fault and someone else is to blame. There fees are extremely high and unfair. They keep telling me it's up to the scouting settlement trust to get my money yet nothing ever happens. They are paying themselves with our money. I have contacted my local congressman as well as Senator Lindsey Graham about them. I will not stop until I get what is owed to me. I am contacting the United States Supreme Court next. I am one of the victims yet the lawyers and Barbara houser seem to be the only ones profiting from this. With our money. They don't care about us . It's all about how much money they can put into their own pockets. I'm fed up and will not rest until this is resolved fairly

Spoke with an intake here. I won't give names, but my time totally wasted. I wasn't seeking representation at all. I have nothing to even sue for at the time of the call. I only wanted consultation of my rights in a on going dispute. I was told I would get called back to further go over the full situation. At which point they would have realized this is all figuratively speaking. If something happens what would my rights be in a warranty contract, that I am in full compliance with including all documentation needed Instead I got an email that they reviewed all the facts involved (which they did not have facts because I haven't gave them in detail) and declined to represent me. No problem, I probably will not need a lawyer at all to begin with, but doesn't hurt to be proactive. Someone else will do a far better job. Update: After fighting with the car manufacturer myself. My warranty was honored after an almost 3 month battle. As a consumer, you have to stand up for your rights, but don't expect help here! Turns out yourself, is the one who can do a far better job.
