I was hesitant to get a lawyer for my case, and thought that I could rely on the state appointed defejnse. I am so glad I did not choose that course. Joel did an excellent job on my bankruptcy petition. He created a plan that i could afford, he was very responsive, and he was economical. Hopefully i never need his services again, but i wholeheartedly recommend him for bankruptcy issues

Tom Hallock handled my legal issue with outstanding professionalism. I was very happy with the outcome. While dealing with me,he was friendly and honest. He took the time to explain the situation and possible outcomes. I was 500 miles away but kept up to date,in real time, via email and even text message. I hope to not have anymore legal issues.
