Young has been our attorney from the time I married my husband, through the filings of our I-130, I-485, I-751, and N-400 cases. At every turn, she has been professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and detail-oriented. You can tell right away that she has a deep and abiding passion for this work, and she cares about the outcomes of her clients. Her office is always very quick to return an email, and she never kept us waiting even a minute for our appointments. I'm happy to report that our cases sailed right through the system, and even with the pandemic, each of our cases were adjudicated well before the anticipated timeline. Young and her team ensure you submit a ton of documentation with the case, but none of it was superfluous or overkill. It felt like exactly the right amount to assure USCIS of the validity of our cases. Just for reference, but not as a promise of similar results, our I-485 was adjudicated 3 months after submission, and our N-400 was adjudicated 7 months after submission. As important as the thorough casework, interview preparation, and legal advice, my husband and I felt that we could trust Young throughout the process. She was always forthright about the timeline, and she literally makes it her job to stay current on every update and policy change coming out of USCIS. It was important to us to find an attorney who was gay-friendly, and we sensed her affirmation from the very first consultation. We have recommended several friends with immigration casework to Young's firm, and we will continue to do so. Young's advocacy made us feel confident and prepared for our case adjudication.
