All the staff at Francis Law Center are amazing! Especially, Grace, Alex and Jae that helped me through my husband's whole immigration process (CR-1) from start to finish. My husband's green card process was not super quick (that is nothing that they can control), so we did not talk every month or super frequently, but whenever I needed to ask a question or request an update they were very quick to get back to me. If there was a more complex situation they would set up zoom meetings for me and that was very much appreciated. This process is hard enough and can get to be confusing and I was fortunate enough to have the guidance of people who do this on a daily basis and therefore were also able to give me pretty accurate timelines.
