I'm running across what a lot of you are saying. The credit cards are saying no one from this company has contacted them and turbulence had not reached out. Although I was informed the credit card company's would be contacted after the first payment. I've made three and nothing has been communicated. Why is this legal to steal from people that are just asking for help, trying not to disregard their responsibilities. Something is really wrong with people who take the little bit you have and put in a deeper hole than you started.

2nd update They now claim I owe 1500 bucks for a settlement I had dropped from the program. A judge made a ruling on it so therefore no negotiation was necessary. Yet they want to withhold the over paid balance ain’t my dedicated account and get me to pay. They are crooks. Straight up crooks. Ever customer service person I talked to lied about something. Sad they are able to get away with treating people like second class citizens. Update. I was called and promised my file would be closed and stolen money money would be refunded. After I pay all my overdraft fees yet again. I believe we all should group together and file a lawsuit against these people for unethical and dishonest business practices. Thieves and liars. They don’t save you any money. They pocket what they don’t pay the creditors. I get making money it’s a business but they profit off your debt. To make matters worse they will continue to take money out of your checking account even after you terminate authorization. You’d be better off handling things on your own. After they legitimately steal from you good luck getting it back or getting anybody to take responsibility for it. I got passed around like a joint at a Grateful Dead show. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY YOU WILL LOOSE MORE MONEY THEN YOU ALREADY OWE. I wish I could leave zero stars one is to nice. Do your research they are not BBB acredited and have a ton of complaints against them. If I could I get them shut down.

I am getting more skeptical as time goes by because I have not talked with an attorney yet have been giving money to them since November have seen nothing done

I too fell victim to Turnbull Law Group. I paid them $6250 of my hard earned money and got no results. I asked for my money back and basically laughed in my face. The fees they charge you are ridiculous and you don't find this out til after the fact. I am in the worst financial position ever since I fell for Freedom Debt Relief. Don't do it no matter what they tell you, it is all lies!! It appears nobody really knows who running the company, they all past the buck, maybes it a bunch of monkies
